INSTEAD Academy believes in training that makes a difference. We are continually innovating to deliver a more efficient and useful training experience. Nowadays we mix drills, lectures, and discussions - in response to the student and subject at hand. We do not believe in rote memorisation, but teach our students to reason about the rules. We engage in guided (focused) re-creation of materials, so that students can feel the challenge of original research, and observe how these challenges have been met by the masters. We have seen our students develop not only competency, but also a feeling of authorship. The feedback we are aiming for is WOW!
